Memory Matters provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking respite from the difficulties associated with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) or Early Staged Dementia. Our program is designed to help individuals maintain their physical, mental, and emotional health through social engagement, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity.
