Our Beacon of Understanding will equip your staff with the tools they need to provide excellent care to those living with dementia. This module offers an in-depth and easily digestible understanding of the various forms of dementia, including the signs, symptoms, and causes. With our innovative approach, your staff will feel empowered and confident when describing the various forms of dementia.
Our Sailing Through The Storms module equips staff with the skills they need to effectively de-escalate stressful situations. During the program, staff will gain a better understanding of Behavioral Expressions and how to provide the highest level of care.
Our Lighthouse Stewardship is a consultation that is specific to your activity department. We will teach how to create person centered activities to create more fulfilling engagement no matter where your residents are on their Dementia journey.
